By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Hometown Sports & Apparel reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Custom & Team Store Orders
All team store and custom-decorated items are made to order and are final sale.
No refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or changes can be made once an order has been submitted.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all sizing, spelling, numbers, and product selections are correct prior to completing checkout.
Production for team stores begins after the listed store closing date.
3. Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information at checkout, including contact details, pickup location (if applicable), and customization details.
Hometown Sports & Apparel is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer during checkout.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes will be added at checkout.
Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed without completed payment.
Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.
5. Promotional Codes
Promotional codes apply to regular-priced merchandise only and exclude custom team items, jerseys, and decorated products unless otherwise stated.
Promo codes cannot be combined unless explicitly indicated.
Hometown Sports & Apparel reserves the right to cancel or modify promotional offers at any time.
6. Returns & Exchanges (Non-Custom Items)
Regular retail merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, provided items are unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return.
7. Production & Fulfillment
Team and custom orders are produced after store closing and may require several weeks for completion depending on supplier timelines and decoration processes.
Estimated timelines are not guaranteed and may be subject to supplier or carrier delays beyond our control.
Customers will be notified when orders are ready for pickup or shipment.
8. Shipping & Pickup
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Hometown Sports & Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
Orders not picked up within a reasonable timeframe may be subject to follow-up contact.
9. Intellectual Property
Team names, logos, and branding remain the property of their respective organizations and may not be reproduced without permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Hometown Sports & Apparel is not liable for supplier delays, carrier delays, minor colour variations between digital mockups and finished products, or events beyond our reasonable control.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
